Salmonella outbreak linked to alfalfa sprouts

Close to 90 people in 15 Member States through a salmonella outbreak in connection with alfalfa sprouts became ill.  About a quarter of those necessary, who became ill, to be admitted to the hospital.

The majority of cases were in Illinois, where many of the 50 sick made people food reported identifies alfalfa located by Jimmy John's sprouts.

CNN reports:

"According to the CDC, Illinois has 50 cases, Missouri reports 14 cases, Indiana 9 reports Wisconsin reported two three and Pennsylvania." "Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, New York, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and the District of Columbia all have a confirmed case."
